Improved handling of Linked Entities in Kiplot during Bulk Creation
During the bulk creation process, if initiatives or outcomes already linked in Kiplot under a different integration are selected for creation in a new project, Kiplot will automatically reassign these entities to the updated project.
Item keys in Kiplot will be updated to align with the corresponding keys in Jira

Enhanced sorting on the Initiative Roadmap
On the initiative roadmap, initiatives within a swimlane are now sorted in this order: start date, end date, and then name
Outcomes within an initiative, and the optional team swimlanes, are sorted in the same order: start date, end date, and then name
Enhanced Broken Dependency Tooltip
Hovering over a broken dependency icon on an initiative or outcome now displays a tooltip explaining the reason for the broken dependency
This feature is available on the initiative roadmap and the outcome planning page
Ability to integrate with ‘Assignee’ field in Jira
Kiplot now integrates with the ‘Assignee’ field in Jira
This can be set up within the integrations page in the configuration section in Kiplot
Enhanced ability to manage estimates between Kiplot and Jira
Users can now experience improved management of estimate synchronization between Kiplot and Jira, provided that this is set up within integrations
(Read) If no effort values are specified in Kiplot, a generic skill will be created, and the effort will be recorded as the total value
(Write) If Kiplot has only a generic effort value, this value will be written as the total effort in Jira
Kiplot URL Automatically Populated Upon Item Creation
When the fields Kiplot Initiative URL, Outcome URL, or Outcome Initiative URL are configured in your integration field mappings to write to Jira, they will now automatically populate the corresponding Jira fields upon item creation in Kiplot. Users no longer need to wait for a write sync for the URLs to appear in Jira.

Users can now input value plan entries as percentages within the OKRs section in Kiplot
To use percentages as a unit, ensure it is enabled for the specific measure defined in the OKRs configuration page

Users now have access to dependency resolution options in the 'Dependency Resolution' section, available under the More menu on both the initiative roadmap and outcome planning pages

This will be represented when relevant lenses are turned on on the initiative roadmap, portfolio kanban and the outcome planning page
Improved issue handling for issuetype and project changes
Kiplot now automatically updates issue types when they change in Jira (e.g., from Outcome to Initiative), provided the destination issue type is already configured in Kiplot
When issues are moved to a different project in Jira, Kiplot will update the issue accordingly, as long as the destination project is configured in Kiplot

Improved user journey to add a person to People list in configuration
Users can now search for people by name or email in the People section in configuration, provided names are configured
Prioritization score lens available on the initiative roadmap
The ‘Prioritization Score’ lens can now be applied to the initiative roadmap, color-coding the left-hand section of each initiative block based on its prioritization category
Ability to assign the business unit of a new outcome directly from the initiative detail page at the time of outcome creation
When creating a new outcome from the initiative detail page, users can now assign the outcome to a business unit directly within the create modal

Users can now click on a key date in the initiative roadmap or activity log to navigate directly to the key dates section in the initiative modal
View of RAG Status Icon on Key Date RAG Status
Users will now see a RAG Status icon in front of label names on the RAG Status of a key date. This icon will be visible when the RAG Status is displayed and while selecting a RAG Status.
Improved tooltip messages and an enhanced dependencies section
Users will now benefit from clearer tooltip messages for dependencies on the initiative roadmap and outcome planning pages
The dependencies section on initiatives and outcomes has been improved to enhance usability
Enhanced consistency for lens names on the initiative roadmap, portfolio kanban and outcome planning pages
Ability to sort outcomes on the initiative modal page
Users can now sort outcomes by clicking on the column names in the outcomes section of an initiative’s modal page
Ability to add email addresses against names (People)
Admins can now add email addresses for names in the People section under Configuration. If a person is linked to an existing Kiplot account, the associated email will be displayed, making the email property uneditable
Ability to rename Kiplot ‘Owner’ field
The ‘Owner’ field is now available on the terminology page in Configuration, allowing users to rename the field as required by the business
To locate the 'Owner' field, select Add term and search for Owner

The People page in Configuration now sorts all entries alphanumerically, including those connected to existing accounts

On an initiative, users can now reset a previously assigned prioritization component score to its default “not set” state
Ability to specify your OKR measure to be a Number or Percentage
With the ability to specify the unit of measure, users can more accurately convey the context and scale of established OKRs

Drag and drop outcomes to no team swimlanes
Users can now create an outcome without a team on the initiative roadmap and the outcome will be represented under the initiative’s ‘No Team’ swimlane. Users can drag and drop the outcome within the swimlane

Ability to change the name of archived initiative types
Users can now modify the names of archived initiative types in the configuration section for initiatives and outcomes
Enhanced Report Visualizations
Kiplot now supports a broader range of colors in its reporting, providing greater flexibility for data visualization. This update is complemented by smoother, curved edges on visual elements.

By applying the ‘Dependencies’ overlay on the initiative roadmap, users can now see visual mappings of dependencies set between initiatives
